Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before downloading and/or installing the Graphical MIDI Tool Plugin ("GMT Plugin", "the software").
By installing and by registering the software on your computer, you declare yourself in agreement with these conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, you must not install the software.
A. The GMT Plugin and all related files produced by the developer, including documentation, graphics and sounds are copyrighted by Santiago Barx Filmscore.
A. At Santiago Barx Filmscore we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any data we collect is used exclusively for product registration and activation, and is the minimal required for those purposes.

A. The Licensee is the owner of a legitimate user license. A legitimate user license can only be obtained directly from the official site (www.graphicalmiditools.com) or an authorized reseller. Please see a list of authorized resellers here.
B. Non licensed usage of the GMT Plugin is prohibited.
C. The Licensee may install the GMT Plugin on up to three computers, provided that the Licensee is the only one accessing the software. The Licensee is responsible for preventing other users from accessing the software.
D. The Licensee can not transfer the license in any way, such as reselling, lending or sublicensing.
E. You are not allowed to modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the GMT Plugin or any parts of it.
F. RENT-TO-OWN LICENSE: In the case that the software is obtained using a rent-to-own license, the license will only be valid for the time period specified. A time-limited license may be cancelled at any time or automatically due to payment failure.
A. Due to the nature of digital products, any purchased license is non-refundable. Your purchase is deemed "used" after download or opening.
B. We highly encourage you to download and use a free trial version before purchase to ensure compatibility with your system.
A. If you do not receive your license key upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support (support@graphicalmiditools.com) with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
A. In the event of any dispute or action in connection with this Agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of that action shall take place in the courts of Argentina. Any action brought under this Agreement shall be conducted in the Spanish language or English language.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
